• You are going to work in groups of three,  where each person will choose one of these  roles.

  Health Care Worker - Diseases

  Sociologist - Discrimination; Marital customs

  Student - Education; Types of help

   

• Follow the links for the individual assigned tasks.

• Search and gather  information about African women problems from the  provided internet resources.

• Report own work to the group where you  will:

  Define the problem (s)

  Find out causes and consequences of these problems

  Explain the possible connections between the facts

  Relate all the data  to poverty in general 

  Point out other possible ways of help

   

• Decide upon the common  reflections and arguments  to be written and presented at the meeting.
